We process the personal data in question based on the legal reason “establishment and execution of the contract” in accordance with Article 5 Paragraph 2 (c) of KVKK.
We process your personal data based on the legal reason of “fulfillment of legal obligation” in accordance with Article 5 Paragraph 2 (d) of KVKK.
In addition, if you share your personal data with us personally by contacting us for reasons such as reporting the problems you have encountered regarding the Site and the Product and/or your information and support requests, we may provide you with your contact information in order to provide you with support for your requests. We process it based on the legal grounds of “establishment and execution of the contract” as per KVKK Article 5 Paragraph 2 (d) and “legitimate interest of the data controller” as per KVKK Article 5 Paragraph 2 (f).
